Indicamos las filas entregadas y las que faltan. Si un pedido pagado no puede entregarse según lo confirmado, se reembolsa todo al método de pago original. En pedidos con filas garantizadas, cancelar la recopilación continua conserva las filas entregadas y reembolsa proporcionalmente las no entregadas. Los pedidos de mejor esfuerzo pueden devolver menos filas sin reembolso parcial. Reclamaciones: support@getmydata.io.
GetMyData is operated by Ana Ramos, an individual developer based in Manila, Philippines. Support, billing, privacy and legal enquiries: support@getmydata.io. Submit data requests through your AI Agent using our API, MCP or Skill; email is not an ordering channel.
1. Current service policy
If a paid order cannot be delivered as confirmed, the full payment is refunded to the original payment method and you are notified by email. For a guaranteed-row order, collection continues when rows are missing; if you cancel continued collection, delivered rows remain available and the undelivered share is refunded pro rata to the original payment method. A best-effort order covers up to the confirmed row count; fewer matching rows alone do not entitle you to a partial refund. We report the actual outcome, delivered rows and any shortfall accurately. Contact support@getmydata.io to have a dispute reviewed. This does not limit mandatory legal rights or a payment provider’s dispute process.
2. Incomplete or failed delivery
Check the actual delivery status and available results with your Agent. Report the problem to support@getmydata.io, including your order reference and a concise description. Do not send OTPs, private access credentials, full card details or unnecessary personal data. Customer support handles disputes. If the order cannot be delivered as confirmed, the full payment is refunded to the original payment method. The separate pro-rata refund when you cancel continued collection of a guaranteed-row order is described above. An Agent must not promise a refund beyond the confirmed order terms.
3. Payments and codes
A disputed payment is not automatically treated as successful or reversed. Verified refund or chargeback events received from the payment provider are recorded as actual payment facts. Recording such an external event does not by itself issue a further refund. Redeemed discount codes are not restored.
4. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact support@getmydata.io about a dispute or a request to exercise those rights.
