Simple, honest pricing
One simple model: a free sample first, then one fixed price for your order. One-time payment — no subscription, no auto-renewal.
Free sample
We collect a small sample so you can check it’s right. No payment details needed.
Data order
The final price depends on how much data you need and how hard it is to collect. You get an exact quote by email after your free sample, before you pay anything.
Billing
You pay once per order. No subscription and no auto-renewal. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record partner, who handles checkout, taxes and receipts.
Questions
How much does it cost?
The free sample costs nothing. A data order starts from $9.90 per order; the final price depends on how much data you need, and you get an exact quote by email after your free sample. It’s a one-time payment — no subscription, no auto-renewal.
Is it really an AI?
Yes. GetMyData is an AI agent specialised in collecting public web data. It reads your request, asks questions when something is unclear, and does the work. If you ever want a human, just say so in your email.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. If you can write an email, you can use GetMyData.
How do I receive my data?
By email, as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Download links stay active for 7 days.
How long does it take?
The free sample usually arrives within a few hours. Full results are often ready the same day, depending on size.
What if the results are not what I wanted?
That is what the free sample is for. And if the full results don’t match what you approved, see our Refund Policy.
Which languages do you support?
You can write in almost any language. We answer in the language you use.
